Bloc SSL Cert solution

Bloc platform is using few type certs as below

1.For sites in bloc.no,we are using LetsEncryptServiceV2 service,LetsEncryptServiceV2 will get requestssl site from DB,and make cert by Letsencrypt API .

2. For other sites (*.bloc.net) that are using for content,webapi,restapi,we will use a 1 year wildcard cert (*.bloc.net) that is bought from Aliyun,And Fubin will update to currect sites,the reason is letsencrypt job is not working well for some reason, that will make our sites cert not work.
